Materials:    Aluminium6063 /Aluminium7075 /SUS304 /SUS316L /coppe

Processing Methods:  
Equipment：3-Axis machining center（Brand MAZAK，DMG Mori etc ) ，Precision grinder.

Mechanical processing：First of all,we’ll do rough machining with allowance left，all the precision and threaded holes will not be processed temporarily. Next step ，perform corresponding heat treatments according to different aluminum grades.  the final step，Finish-machine all the all precision holes and threaded holes to meet the requirements of the drawings，If there are visible positional tolerances on the drawing, we will use precision grinding machines for precision machining.

Measuring equipment :  Zeiss 3D，plug gauges，thread gauges  etc

Surface Treatments:
Sandblasting clear anodizing /Sandblasting black anodizing  /Hard  anodizing  /Nickel plating etc

Heat Treatments:   
Annealing to remove internal stress

Product Processing:  
Processing Cycle: 3-15 Days
