Expanded CNC Machining Materials & Surface Finishes for Custom Precision Parts

As a professional CNC machining manufacturer, we keep upgrading our material library and surface finishing options to meet the growing demands of aerospace, automotive, medical and industrial automation industries. We have newly added a full range of hard-to-source alloys, engineering plastics and standardized post-processing finishes, helping engineers and buyers select suitable materials and solutions more efficiently.

Newly Added CNC Machining Materials

We have enriched our material lineup with high-performance metals and industrial plastics that feature excellent machinability, heat resistance, corrosion resistance and mechanical stability.

High Performance Alloy Metals

Our newly introduced metal materials include Nitronic 60, 440C stainless steel, 410 stainless steel, 1215 carbon steel, 4140PH pre-hardened steel and 4340 alloy steel.
These materials perform well in high temperature resistance, wear resistance and structural strength. Some pre-hardened alloys skip secondary heat treatment, shortening production lead time while maintaining stable performance for shafts, gears, fixtures and heavy-duty mechanical components.

Industrial Engineering Plastics

We also added HDPE and PVC for CNC custom machining.
Both materials offer outstanding chemical resistance, waterproof performance and electrical insulation. They are widely used in outdoor equipment, fluid pipeline parts, electrical enclosures and flame-retardant structural components.

Upgraded Surface Finishing Processes

Reasonable surface treatment can effectively improve part durability, appearance, wear resistance and anti-corrosion ability.
We have completed the upgrade of four mainstream finishing solutions for CNC machined parts and sheet metal parts.
PTFE impregnated hard anodizing provides self-lubricating and low-friction performance for aluminum and titanium parts.
Titanium anodizing enhances fatigue strength, perfectly matching aerospace and medical component standards.
Tumble finishing removes burrs and tool marks to smooth part edges.
Zinc plating provides reliable anti-rust protection for carbon steel and alloy parts under industrial specifications.

Why Choose Our Updated Material & Finish Options

  • Rich material coverage for harsh working conditions and industrial scenarios
  • Standardized surface finishes comply with international industry specifications
  • Stable machinability and consistent part quality
  • One-stop custom service from material selection to post-processing

We support custom CNC machining according to drawings and samples. If you are looking for reliable material options and professional surface finishing for your next project, feel free to send us your design files for a fast quotation.
