Mechanical processing：First of all,we’ll do rough machining with allowance left，all the precision and threaded holes will not be processed temporarily。Next step ，perform corresponding heat treatments according to different aluminum grades . The final step，Finish-machine all the all precision holes and threaded holes to meet the requirements of the drawings.
Measuring equipment :  Zeiss 3D，plug gauges，thread gauges  etc

Surface Treatments: 
Sandblasting clear anodizing/Sandblasting black anodizing /Hard  anodizing/powder spraying etc
