Inquiry & Technical Review

Send us your 2D / 3D drawings, samples or requirements. Our engineering team will check your design, provide free DFM analysis, optimize structure, and confirm material, tolerance, lead time and production feasibility.

Quotation & Order Confirmation

We provide a detailed, transparent quotation including unit price, quantity, material, surface treatment, quality standard and delivery time. After confirmation, we sign the formal contract to lock all terms.

Prototyping & Sample Approval

We produce precision samples according to your drawing. Full inspection including dimension, material, appearance and performance will be provided. We will not start mass production until you approve the sample.

Mass Production & In-Process QC

After sample approval, we start formal mass production. Our QC team conducts first article inspection, patrol inspection and key process control to ensure stability and consistency of every batch.

Surface Treatment & Final Inspection

We provide anodizing, plating, passivation, polishing and other surface treatments. All products undergo 100% final inspection by CMM, roughness tester, video measuring machine and other equipment.

Packaging & Global Delivery

We use anti-rust, shock-proof, export-grade safe packaging to protect precision parts. We ship worldwide by sea, air or express with full tracking number, ensuring safe and on-time delivery to your hands.
