Precision Aluminum Alloy Linkage Bracket

Product Processing
Processing Cycle: 5-10 Days (depending on volume and surface treatment like anodizing).
Product Advantages: CNC milling allows for the creation of complex features like blind slots and precise chamfers on thick plates, offering superior dimensional accuracy compared to stamping or laser cutting.

Material: Typically fabricated from Aluminum 6061 or 7075. These alloys offer an excellent strength-to-weight ratio, good machinability, and natural corrosion resistance, making them ideal for moving parts in robotic arms or automation equipment.
Equipment: Vertical Machining Centers (VMC) or CNC Milling Machines.

Mechanical Processing:
Face Milling: Machining the large flat surfaces to ensure parallelism and smooth finish.
Contour Milling: Cutting the external profile, including the C-shaped opening of the eyelet and the rectangular base.
Slotting & Drilling: Creating the two elongated adjustment slots (oblong holes) and the central circular bore. The slots allow for fine-tuning of the mounting position during assembly.
Chamfering/Deburring: All edges, especially around the slots and the eyelet, are precision chamfered to remove sharp burrs, ensuring safety and proper fit.
Surface Treatment: The raw machined finish is visible. Optional treatments include Anodizing (Type II or Type III) for enhanced surface hardness and corrosion protection, or bead blasting for a uniform cosmetic appearance.

Product Advantages
Adjustability: The elongated slots provide a range of motion for installation adjustments, allowing for precise alignment of connected components without requiring new parts.
Lightweight Design: The use of aluminum and the removal of excess material (slots) reduce the overall mass, minimizing inertia in dynamic applications.
High Flatness: CNC milling ensures the mounting surface is perfectly flat, guaranteeing stable contact with mating parts.

Use Scenarios
Industrial Automation: Used as a sensor mounting bracket or a connecting link in pneumatic cylinder assemblies.
Robotics: Serving as a lightweight joint connector or end-effector mount where precise positioning is required.
Assembly Jigs & Fixtures: Acting as a quick-release or adjustable clamp component in manufacturing fixtures.
Optical Equipment: Used as a stage mount or adjustment plate where vibration damping (provided by aluminum) is beneficial.
