Mechanical processing：First of all, we use CNC lathe to machine the length and outer circle of the product according to the drawing. Next step ，We use fixtures and jigs to locate the product，Finish-machine all the all precision holes ,threaded holes and  to meet the requirements of the drawings.

Measuring equipment :  Zeiss 3D，plug gauges，thread gauges  etc

Surface Treatments: 
Sandblasting clear anodizing /Sandblasting black anodizing /Hard  anodizing /Nickel plating etc

Processing Cycle: 5-12 Days
